The Bachelors Degree in Fashion Design & Garment Management course helps the students to effectively use creativity in Fashion Design along with Business Management, Marketing, Merchandising, Textile Science and latest technology available in the industry.

First year opens the students into the world of fashion through, History of Costume, Draping, Fundamentals Elements and Principals of design. In this year they gain insight in Foundation Art and Fashion Illustration.
Second year intensify on the basics of pattern making. This involves explicit drafting, understanding of sewing technology and garment construction, yarn craft advanced course in textiles and dyeing, fashion illustration with design project and CAD.
The final year involves an extensive study in advanced Pattern Making, Garment Manufacturing Technology, Fashion Forecast, Merchandising and Entrepreneurship development which plays a major part in shaping up the complete course curriculum. The assignments are based on research, field trips and study tours.

MSc is a master’s degree in Fashion Designing which is a post-graduation course having 2 years of tenure. The course is meant to prepare the graduates of any discipline into skillful designers in the textile and fashion apparel industry.
One can join the Master’s degree program after successful completion of a Bachelor’s degree.
The basic eligibility for admission in M.Sc. in fashion technology is, that the candidate should attain 23 years of age and must have completed a Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Designing from a recognized University.
The beginning salary of a Fashion Designer ranges from INR 3 – 6 LPA. Nonetheless, with experience in the industry, the salary may go up to as much as INR 57L to even 1 Crore per annum. The scope for Fashion Designers is not only limited to India but across borders. The average salary of a Fashion Designer abroad is as high as INR 35.99 LPA
