Design education in Kutch is evolving as the region’s rich legacy of textiles, embroidery, handicrafts, and traditional artistry meets contemporary creative learning. Known for its vibrant craft communities, Kutch provides a unique cultural environment that naturally inspires aspiring designers. Strengthening this creative ecosystem, JD Institute of Fashion Technology has collaborated with Dunes College, which has taken a JD franchise to introduce professional design courses in the region. This collaboration aims to bring structured, industry-oriented design education closer to students in Kutch, providing them access to modern design knowledge, professional mentorship, and career opportunities while also celebrating and preserving the region’s rich craft heritage through contemporary design practices.

CA Jyotiba Mandeepsinh Jadeja

CA Jyotiba Mandeepsinh Jadeja is a highly experienced and accomplished Center Director of JD Institute of Fashion Technology, with a deep passion for education and institutional development.

A qualified Chartered Accountant since 2009, Jyotiba brings over 14 years of experience across education and financial leadership. Having grown up in Gandhidham, she witnessed firsthand the lack of proper guidance and exposure for students aspiring to build meaningful careers. These early experiences shaped her understanding of the gaps in regional education and fueled her commitment to creating lasting change.

Currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Dunes College, Jyotiba's role extends far beyond numbers. She is responsible for ensuring financial discipline, transparent operations, and sustainable planning that support the institution's long-term mission. From optimizing resource allocation to supporting infrastructure development, she works to ensure that every decision strengthens the academic foundation and contributes to institutional growth.

Her journey uniquely bridges two worlds -- grassroots education and institutional leadership. Whether mentoring a student in the classroom or designing a financial roadmap for an academic institution, her goal remains the same: to create meaningful, lasting impact through clarity, integrity, and purpose.

Jyotiba is deeply focused on strengthening the education system of Kutch, so that students do not have to move outside the region to access quality education. She is committed to providing students with a high-quality learning experience and is deeply invested in the success of each and every student.
